Blue Team

A bit more stylized, Shi Kai Wang-inspired Blue Team. Funny thing, that -- Shiek's pre-Halo Mjolnir design (or something very close to it*) pops up in Halsey's journal as the MJOLNIR Mark IV, of all things, and is detailed pretty extensively. I always appreciated that they made the classic concept sort of canon, even if most other visual depictions of the Mark IV use the Halo Wars version or something close to it. Shiek's design has a charming simplicity to it and I wouldn't mind if it appeared somewhere else as the Mk. IV. Functionally and visually, it also creates a clearer continuity from earlier model to a newer one, as several of the design details seem more 'traditional' and less technologically advanced than in the newer generations - such as the limited range of the joints, which Halsey also notes in her journal. The HW version always seemed more like an intermediary step between the Mark V and Mark VI to me than a predecessor to the former.

* The journal version actually incorporates one improvement to the original concept that occurred to me while I was making this (I referenced only the original concept) -- the 'ribs' on the thighs should rather be on the outside than inside of the leg as the latter would be more limiting mobility-wise.
